Our Story
We're a group of parents living in Colombo, Sri Lanka, who got tired of googling "kid-friendly restaurants Colombo" and finding nothing useful. So we decided to build the resource we wished existed.
Colombo With Kids is a comprehensive, honest guide to the best places for families in Colombo. Every place on this site has been personally visited and reviewed by us — with our children in tow.
What We Do
We visit places around Colombo and review them from a parent's perspective. That means we care about things that regular food/travel bloggers don't:
- Are there high chairs? Do they have changing facilities?
- Is there space for a stroller?
- Will my toddler have a meltdown before the food arrives?
- Can I sit down for 5 minutes while the kids play safely?
- Is it actually worth the money for a family?
